I work hard to be a beacon of hope and a catalyst for change in the fight against human trafficking and domestic violence. With over a decade of unwavering dedication to advocacy, training, and mentorship, I stand as a respected leader in Wisconsin’s response to these critical issues.

My journey began with a fervent commitment to making a difference in the lives of survivors. Through my work as a motivational speaker and group facilitator, I target prevention strategies and provide essential support for those affected by trafficking and abuse. My ability to connect with diverse audiences, from survivors to professionals, has earned me accolades and recognition as a thought leader in the field.

In 2010, I founded Fresh Start Learning, a Milwaukee nonprofit aimed at bridging gaps in support for survivors. Through this organization, I spearhead initiatives such as direct street outreach led by trafficking survivors and the distribution of Purpose Filled Purse resource bags, providing tangible assistance and hope to those in need.

My impact extends beyond the borders of Wisconsin. I have published a book, “The Exodus,” sharing my personal journey of resilience and empowerment to inspire others to forge their path to new beginnings. My advocacy efforts have contributed to important legislative changes, including the passage of Ban the Box and Wisconsin’s Safe Harbor bill.

As a mentor, I have guided countless individuals through the challenging process of rebuilding their lives. My compassionate approach, rooted in deep listening and support, has empowered survivors to break free from the cycle of violence and embark on a journey of healing and transformation.
